Apartment logistics, handled
Most towers want 48 hours' notice, a certificate of currency and a lift booking. We send all three.
Tuning an instrument on level 14 is not the same as tuning one in a suburban lounge room. Building managers want documentation, loading docks close at five, and the neighbour on the other side of a shared wall has a newborn. We plan around all of it.
We hold public liability cover, carry our own drop sheets and shoe covers, and keep an acoustic blanket in the van for late-afternoon appointments in older converted warehouses. If your owners corporation has a noise window, tell us and we will book inside it.
For music teachers, we schedule tunings into the first week of each term and keep your instrument's history on file — pitch on arrival, humidity reading, work performed — so you can see exactly how the room is behaving over the years.
